If delivery to your location is not available, you will be notified during checkout.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In rare cases of stock delays or operational issues, our team will notify you promptly.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may extend due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or government restrictions.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the package may be returned to us.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives damaged, open, or tampered:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package immediately.

  2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

We will assist you with a replacement or resolution based on our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Non-Deliverable Areas
